No added sugar Granola

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Rye flakes
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup linseed/chia seed mix
- 2-3 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together with the nut butter and vanilla extract.
Spread out on a baking sheet.

Put into a pre heated oven 180c and bake for approx 20 mins.
Keep an eye on it and turn regularly.

When cooled add dried fruit, if you wish and store in airtight container.
Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt.
