
Nutty fruit and seed Flight Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- half cup cacao
- quarter cup chia seeds soaked with some water
- 4 tbsp nut butte
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- half cup raisins or cranberries or sultanas
Instructions

Mix altogether until it sticks together like a ball. Empty onto a line baking tray and push out flat to line the tray.

Smooth out then put in freezer for 1 hour. Take out and cut with pizza cutter into small slices.

Store in the fridge in a container.
