100g dates to make date paste
50g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
3 dessertspoons nut butter (of your choice)
2 dessertspoons of cacao powder. 1 spoonful of Coconut to decorate
Soak dates in a little hot water for 5mins, then blend to a paste.
Blend the pumpkin & sunflower seeds to a powder and add to paste.
Add cacao powder and nut butter and thoroughly mix.
Take small amounts of mixture and form into balls. Then roll in coconut.
Put into fridge for 30mins for them to hold their shape.
