As an ILM accredited Wellbeing Coach myself, I work with you to identify which areas of your life are out of balance. I then support you to create a healthy life full of vitality, that is appropriate for you.

It is not about wishful thinking. It is about supporting those areas that are important to you and changing those that don’t.


How do I know if I would benefit from using one?

When was the last time you sat down and took a long hard look at your life, and I mean all areas?


Are you doing things to support your physical health such as diet and exercise? Or are you stuck on the couch exhausted at the end of the day eating fast food and reaching for the next glass of wine?

Are you staying in a job that you hate just to pay the mortgage?

Do you make time for creative times, doing something you enjoy, or are you weighed down by guilt if you do something for yourself?

Do you feel like you are not good enough or find fear of change is holding you back?


Often when we live in this way, it affects our physical and ultimately our mental health. We are stuck in the rut we have created in our head and can’t see any way out of it. That is where a Wellbeing Coach comes into their own.


Through supportive questioning, they are able to shift your mindset to look at life in a different way. It is not about being ‘all Pollyanna’ and making everything rosy but helping you to unlock limiting beliefs that make you do the things you do.

When we know why we do it, then we can decide how to change it. Often this can be apparent to the observer but not the client. 

As I always say,” you can’t change what you can’t see”.


What a wellbeing coach is not?

Wellbeing coaches don’t diagnose, write meal plans or treat trauma. This is the domain of dedicated therapists trained in this modality.

They also are not counsellors. They provide a valuable means to facilitate true change and accountability  for the individual, whilst supporting them every step of the way.
