It is a time of transition and it begins now. What you do for yourself in midlife will effect immeasurably what life you lead in your latter years.

Myth #2: “I’m too busy for self-care.”

Fact: Self-care is essential for long-term health. Simple habits like mindful breathing, quality sleep, and balanced meals can recharge your body and mind — even on a busy schedule. If you take just 5mins for yourself each day, it will lift your mood and mindset.

Myth #3: “Hormones can’t be helped naturally.”

Fact: While hormone replacement therapy may be right for some, many women find that a nutrient-rich diet, including plenty of protein, aiming for quality sleep, and stress management support hormone balance naturally and effectively.
